What we do

At Healthpoint we have one of the few Podiatry clinics in the UAE where we design and manufacture custom foot orthotics (foot supports such as shoe insoles) in-house. These supports can often be successfully used to treat foot or back pain. Orthotic devices are designed to suit your specific foot and ailment. They are also designed to fit different types of shoes to suit your specific lifestyle – for instance, women may have several orthotics for the use in sports shoes, work shoes, as well as, high heels.

With the latest in state of the art technology our Podiatrist also produces small correct devices such as digital splints, as well as, protective toe and finger nails.

At your first consultation, our Specialist takes a full medical history and does basic tests to check for blood circulation and feeling in the feet. A physical assessment is performed looking at the static and dynamic posture of the foot and the musculoskeletal system using advanced techniques such as podoscope and computerized gait analysis. Usually minor problems can be diagnosed on the spot; our Podiatrist will discuss concerns and make a diagnosis followed by a specialized treatment plan to fit your specific needs.
