Overall Job Summary

The responsibilities of this position includes supporting the Human Capital Total Rewards Compensation and Benefit function. Write job descriptions, evaluate jobs and assign salary grades. Facilitates salary administration and annual goal setting and performance review process. Develop and communicate Human Capital policies. Develop reports, dashboards and analysis for key Human Capital activities and audit data for accuracy. Support workforce planning and budgeting efforts. Administer annual insurance benefits renewal.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Maintain job description library authoring and assisting in writing job descriptions.
  • Assigning salary grades and ranges. Participate in annual salary submission.
  • Participate in and analyze survey data.
  • Administration of goal setting and annual performance appraisal cycle.
  • Conduct workforce analysis and participate in the annual budget cycle for headcount.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from Excel and HRIS.
  • Lead and participate in project teams to improve Human Capital systems and procedures.
  • Facilitates development and roll out of Human Capital policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates the annual renewal of insurance benefits and processes monthly invoices.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s level degree in business or human resources, or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in human resources with a minimum of 3 years direct experience in Total Rewards administration, job descriptions, salary administration, reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS.

Language

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
