Dr. Sumit Gupta is an Orthodontist at Healthpoint’s Dental Clinic. He is experienced in a broad spectrum of orthodontic procedures, including surgical orthodontics, dento-facial orthopedics (jaw growth modification), fixed orthodontic appliances, such as traditional and advanced self-ligating systems in metal and ceramic versions; lingual (hidden) braces, and clear aligners.
With more than 11 years’ experience, Dr. Gupta taught at various dental colleges and was in private practice in India and Oman before moving to the UAE in 2013.
Dr. Gupta completed his Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry and a Master’s in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, from a premier dental college in India, before earning the MOrth (Diploma in Membership of Orthodontics) from The Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK. He continues to keep abreast of the latest techniques and technologies in his field, and has advanced certifications in Invisalign clear aligners and Incognito Lingual Orthodontics.
